EN 388:2016 3131 standard means it has been tested for and offers protection against mechanical risks such as abrasion, cuts, tearing, and perforation.

Abrasion Resistance (3): The glove withstands 2,000 to 8,000 cycles of abrasion, rated on a scale from 1 to 4 (4 being the most resistant).
Blade Cut Resistance (1): The glove has low resistance to blade cuts, rated 1 out of 5, where 5 offers the highest protection.
Tear Resistance (3): The glove resists tearing forces of 50 to 75 newtons, rated on a scale from 1 to 4.
Puncture Resistance (1): The glove handles puncture forces between 20 and 60 newtons, rated on a scale from 1 to 4.
