Bitco Workwear is a Brussels-based specialist in professional workwear. We combine modern technology with personal service to make ordering workwear simple and reliable for both companies and individual customers.
Thanks to our AI supported catalog tools, we can show the full collections of our partner brands and our own labels online – including many products that are hard to find in physical stores or on other websites.
As soon as you place an order, our system performs an automatic stock check. If the product is available in our Belgian warehouse, your parcel is prepared within 24 hours and shipped on the next business day. If the product is not in our warehouse, we first receive it from the manufacturer or distribution centre and then ship it to you on the next business day.
All orders are shipped with express courier services and are designed to arrive within a maximum of 8 business days. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Because we know workwear is often urgent, we work hard to avoid delays, and we compensate you when they happen.
If we cannot deliver your order within 8 business days, you receive a shopping voucher worth 50% of your basket value for your next order. This voucher can be used for any future purchase within one year from the date it is issued. If your order arrives after 8 business days, simply fill in the form below to claim your 50% voucher for your next order. On top of that, you benefit from free returns and fast support if anything arrives damaged.

Bitco Workwear provides shipping to every country within the European Union. If the country you wish to have your products shipped to is not listed while placing your order, you can complete your order via email.

What is your return policy?
Bitco Workwear always provides free returns.
The logic is simple: if you no longer need a product or if it’s not what you expected, there is no reason for you to keep it. Efficient use of resources is important both for you and for us. In this case, you can return the item to us completely free of charge.
The only condition is that the product must be unused and undamaged when returned. Otherwise, there may be issues in processing your return.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Orders generally take 5-8 business days to reach our customers. If you have not received your shipment within this timeframe, we recommend reaching out to us. At Bitco Be, we will track the shipping process on your behalf in the event of any issues. Should a problem arise, we will take full responsibility and resolve it for you.
What If My Order with a Voucher Also Arrives Late?
The voucher does not change anything.
If another delivery arrives late, we again provide a new voucher equal to 50% of your total order value. This policy applies without limit, every delayed shipment is compensated.
