From frustrated buyers to platform builders
In 2019 we started as a group of young entrepreneurs in Belgium, aiming to create our own brand in this industry. As we got to know the sector, we found a different reality. Existing sales platforms were confusing: product information was incomplete, stock status was unclear, and ordering was unnecessarily complicated. Even we struggled to buy certain workwear, despite being inside the industry. For a customer, that labyrinth was even harder.
Systems should not be complicated on the customer side.
So in 2024 we built our own platform on that principle. We made direct agreements with premium European brands and designed everything from scratch. We handle catalog management, stock tracking, product content and order processes, all from the customer's point of view.
Today, from our Brussels-based operations, we serve 24 countries across Europe, with a catalog of thousands of products at different functions and protection levels. Whatever industry you work in, wherever you are in Europe, you should reach the right workwear easily, quickly and reliably. This is why we are building Bitco Workwear.

Buy what you need, not what's in stock
As part of the European community, we are committed to the single market and shared values, and that shapes how we do business. We care about efficient use of resources: if a product is in stock in Italy or Sweden and can arrive within a few days, we prefer not to needlessly hold the same item ourselves. Investing in idle storage, passing those costs into prices, or steering you toward something just because it's on our shelf. That's not how we work.
Buy what you actually need, not whatever happens to be on a shelf.
Some suppliers force you into high quantities. We don't. Need a single pair of work trousers? Fine. Outfitting a team of 200? Also fine. There's no minimum-order pressure here. Buy what you need, in the quantity you need.
