MILWAUKEE BOLT 200 Unvented Electrical Insulation Safety Helmet
Built for demanding worksites, the MILWAUKEE BOLT 200 combines an ultra impact-resistant Lexan polycarbonate shell with a foam insert that helps distribute impact. Its dial-adjustable fit, interior headband and sweatband provide comfort across a 52–68 cm head circumference range. The unvented design is certified to EN 397:2012, including optional requirements for electrical insulation at 440 V a.c., lateral deformation and temperatures down to −40°C. The BOLT™ attachment system makes it easy to fit compatible accessories.

- Extreme temperature (−40°C): Meets the EN 397 optional requirement for performance at temperatures down to −40°C.
- Lateral deformation (LD): Meets the EN 397 optional requirement for resistance to sideways compression.
- Electrical insulation (440 V a.c.): Meets the EN 397 optional electrical insulation requirement rated at 440 V a.c.
- EN 50365, clause 5.3: The unvented version complies with this clause for electrically insulating helmets used on low-voltage installations.
- EN 12492:2012: The unvented version offers protection in accordance with this standard except for clause 4.1.4; it is not described as fully certified to EN 12492.

Instructions and Care
- Before and after each use, check the shell, suspension and headband for breaks, cracks, crazing, discolouration or any other unusual condition.
- If any of these conditions are present, replace the helmet immediately; they may indicate reduced protection against impacts, penetration and/or electric shocks.
- Transport the helmet in packaging robust enough to prevent accidental damage to the shell or harness.
- Store it in an appropriate storage bag and/or closed cabinet to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, cold, humidity, exhaust gases and similar conditions.
- Storage temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
- Storage humidity: Below 85%.
