Who We Are
In 2019, we set out as a group of young entrepreneurs in Belgium with a goal to create our own brand in this industry. However, as we got to know the sector, we encountered a different reality.
Existing sales platforms were creating confusion. Product information was incomplete, stock status was unclear, and ordering processes were unnecessarily complicated. Even we struggled when trying to purchase certain workwear items, despite being inside the industry. For a customer, navigating this labyrinth must have been even harder.
This experience showed us one thing clearly: Systems should not be complicated on the customer side.
In 2024, we built our own platform with this understanding. We made direct agreements with premium European brands. From catalog management to stock tracking, from product content to order processes, we designed everything from scratch with a customer-focused perspective.
Today, with our Brussels-based operations, we regularly provide seamless service to 20 countries across Europe. Our catalog features thousands of products with different functions and protection levels. Whatever industry you work in, wherever you are in Europe, you should be able to access the right workwear easily, quickly, and reliably.

At Bitco Workwear, we efficiently manage extensive catalogs through technologies we have developed ourselves.
Our approach
As part of the European Community, we are committed to the single market and shared values. This commitment directly influences how we do business.
We care about efficient use of resources. If a product is in stock in Italy or Sweden and can be delivered within a few days, we prefer not to unnecessarily stock the same product in our own warehouses. Investing in idle storage space, then reflecting these costs in prices, or steering customers toward certain products just because they are in stock; these are not our business.
We do not want our customers to buy what they can find; we want them to buy what they actually need.
Some suppliers force you into high quantities. We do not. Do you need just one pair of work trousers? Fine. Are you outfitting a team of 200? That is fine too. There is no minimum order pressure here; just buy what you need, in the quantity you need.
