Milwaukee BOLT 200 Vented Safety Helmet
Built for comfortable head protection during work at height, the Milwaukee BOLT 200 combines a highly impact-resistant polycarbonate shell with ventilation and an impact-distributing foam insert. Its dial adjustment system fits head circumferences from 52 to 68 cm, while the breathable headband and sweatband add comfort throughout the day. The intuitive BOLT™ attachment system makes it easy to fit compatible accessories. This vented version is certified to EN 12492:2012 and comes with a matching EN 12492-certified chin strap.

Certification
- EN 12492:2012: The vented helmet is certified to this standard for mountaineering helmets, which includes requirements for impact protection, penetration resistance, retention and chin-strap performance.
- EN 12492 chin strap: The included red-coded chin strap is certified to EN 12492.
Version distinction: The EN 397:2012 options for −40°C, lateral deformation (LD) and 440 V a.c. electrical insulation, along with the stated EN 50365 compliance, are specified for the unvented version, not this vented helmet.

Instructions and Care
- Before and after each use, check the shell, suspension and headband for breaks, cracks, crazing, discolouration or any other unusual condition.
- If any of these conditions is present, replace the helmet immediately; it may have lost its ability to protect against impacts, penetration and/or electric shocks.
- Transport the helmet in packaging robust enough to prevent accidental damage to the shell or harness.
- Store it in a suitable storage bag and/or closed cabinet to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, cold, humidity and exhaust fumes.
- Storage temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
- Storage humidity: Below 85%.
