How to measure

Chest: around the widest part of the chest, arms relaxed by your sides.
Waist: around the narrowest part of the waist.

Description

ELKA Nordic Fishing 057103 Waterproof Stretchable Smock

Built for demanding fishing work, this short smock combines waterproof protection with a stretchable hood and back for easier movement. Double-welded side seams, welded sleeve seams and reinforced stress points help it stand up to daily wear. A high-neck hood with snap-button closure and an inside storm flap provide extra coverage, while the PVC fabric resists fish oil and cold.

EN 343 3/1 is a standard for protective clothing against rain. The two ratings describe resistance to water penetration and water-vapour resistance.

Water penetration (3): Rated class 3 on the standard’s class 1–3 scale, indicating the highest level of water-penetration resistance on that scale.
Water-vapour resistance (1): Rated class 1 on the standard’s class 1–3 scale; higher classes indicate greater breathability.
