Extensive research into geometries and volumes shaped the ZEPHYR: a compact, low-profile shell built to maximise freedom of movement and work comfortably in restricted or confined spaces. Its functional design pairs maximum impact protection with exceptional lightness and perfect balance.

The result combines structural strength, long-lasting comfort and certified reliability — excellent impact resistance and protection against falling objects from above, in one ergonomic, high-performance helmet designed to make everyday work safer without compromise.

Outer shellA polycarbonate-ABS blend tuned for the ideal strength-to-weight balance, with high impact absorption and structural stability.
Six-point internal harnessA textile suspension that spreads impact force evenly and keeps balance through sudden movement and bending.
Adaptive fit systemA rear adjustment wheel dials in a precise fit around the nape — one-handed, even while wearing gloves.
CLICK-IN modularityA side attachment system for the PRISM visor (sold separately) — on and off with light pressure.
Lens grip pointsShaped to handle the visor easily, improving ergonomics and safety even with gloves on.
Four-point chin strapA chin-cup harness that keeps the helmet correctly positioned at all times. Available as a spare (MD1545).
Integrated headlamp clipA front-shell mount for securely fitting a headlamp.
Textile sweatbandAbsorbs perspiration, reduces friction and helps prevent skin irritation. Available as a spare (MD1544).
