MILWAUKEE BOLT™ Universal Helmet-Mounted Face Shield

Protect your face without sacrificing visibility with this clear, full-face shield and its panoramic field of vision. The universal design fits BOLT™ 100 and BOLT™ 200 helmets through an easy-switch attachment system. Its polycarbonate visor flips up even when a BOLT™ light is installed, while certified anti-fog and scratch-resistant properties help keep your view clear.

Certification

EN 166 is the standard for personal eye protection. The supplied markings are Lens: 2C-1,2 MT 1 BT KN CE UKCA and Frame: MT 166 3 BT CE.

2C-1,2: A UV-filter designation with good colour recognition and a shade number of 1.2.
1: Optical class 1, suitable for continuous use.
B: Medium-energy impact resistance, tested at 120 m/s.
T: The B impact rating applies at extreme temperatures.
3: The frame is marked for protection against liquid droplets and splashes.
K: The lens is certified resistant to surface damage from fine particles.
N: The lens is certified resistant to fogging.
MT: Manufacturer identification marking.
CE and UKCA: Conformity markings shown on the lens; the frame carries a CE marking.

The EN 1731 forestry-shield rating mentioned in the product information applies to forestry versions, not this clear polycarbonate model.

Instructions and Care

Before each use, check that the visor is not damaged and is properly fitted.
Do not use a scratched or damaged shield.
Always use both hands to install and remove the shield.
Do not use the shield unless it is securely attached to a helmet.
Do not store in direct sunlight or near aggressive chemicals; store in a dark, dry place without mechanical load, at a temperature below 40 °C and a humidity level below 70%.
Store and transport only in the recommended original packaging.
