  • Wear with the padded side facing the body.
  • Match each protector to the correct leg. The label or protector indicates L for left and R for right.
  • Fasten the protectors to the thigh and leg with the straps so they cover the knee area. The upper edge must extend 2 cm beyond the bent knee.
  • Fasten the straps parallel to each other, not crossed. Make sure the hook-and-loop straps are not too tight or routed behind the knee, as this could impair blood circulation.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, protected from frost and sunlight.
  • Do not place heavy loads on the knee protectors.
