ELKA SecureTech Multinorm Electric Arc Waterproof Work Jacket 086060R

Designed for demanding work environments, the ELKA SecureTech Multinorm jacket combines protection against rain, heat, flame, electric arc hazards and limited liquid chemical exposure. Its windproof, waterproof and breathable construction features taped seams and an ELKA TECH-coated outer fabric. Reflective tape supports visibility, while a detachable, adjustable hood and practical pockets help keep essentials close at hand.

Key Features

Weather protection: Windproof, waterproof and breathable hardshell with taped seams; water resistance exceeds 8,000 mm H₂O and breathability exceeds 5,000 g/m²/24 h.
Multinorm protection: Flame-retardant, antistatic and heat-resistant properties, with certification for electric arc hazards and limited liquid chemical protection.
Visibility: Reflective tape and Class 3 high-visibility certification.
Practical closure: Two-way zipper and double storm flap with hook-and-loop fastening.
Storage and access: Inside smartphone pocket, ID pocket, three hook-and-loop pockets and two chest loops.
Adjustable coverage: Detachable and adjustable hood; ELKA Zip In feature.

EN 1149-5: Specifies requirements for protective clothing with electrostatic-dissipative properties.
EN 13034 Type PB[6]: Specifies limited protection against liquid chemicals for partial-body protective clothing; it is not a chemical-tight rating.
EN 343 Class 3/3: Rates protection against rain, with Class 3 for water penetration resistance and Class 3 for breathability.
EN ISO 20471 Class 3: Meets the highest of the standard’s three high-visibility clothing classes.
EN ISO 11611 Class 2: Meets the higher of two protection classes for welding and allied processes.
EN ISO 11612: A1 and A2 indicate testing for limited flame spread under surface and edge ignition; B1, C1 and F1 are Level 1 ratings for convective heat, radiant heat and contact heat, respectively, while E3 is a Level 3 rating for molten iron splash.
IEC 61482-2 Class 1: Indicates protection against electric arc thermal hazards at arc-test Class 1.
