MILWAUKEE BOLT 100 Vented Safety Helmet with 6-Point Suspension
Built with a lightweight ABS shell, the MILWAUKEE BOLT 100 Vented Safety Helmet combines head protection with adjustable comfort. Its 6-point suspension and ratchet wheel adjustment help provide a secure fit, while the interchangeable sweatband adds comfort during wear. The intuitive BOLT™ attachment system makes it easy to fit compatible accessories. This vented helmet is certified to EN 397:2012 and EN 50365:2002 Class 0.

Certification
- EN 397:2012: Certifies the helmet to the European standard for industrial safety helmets.
- MM — molten metal splash: Indicates that the helmet meets the EN 397 optional requirement for molten metal splash.
- LD — lateral deformation: Indicates that the helmet meets the EN 397 optional requirement for resistance to side compression.
- Very low temperature (−30°C): Indicates that the helmet meets the EN 397 optional requirement for performance at −30°C.
- EN 50365:2002 Class 0: Certifies this vented version for electrically insulating helmet use on installations with voltages up to 1,000 V A.C. or 1,500 V D.C.
Important distinction: The EN 397 optional requirement for 440 V A.C. electrical insulation applies only to the unvented version, not this vented helmet.

Instructions and Care
- Before and after each use, check that the shell, suspension and headband are not broken, cracked, crazed, discoloured or in any other unusual condition.
- If any of these conditions is present, replace the helmet immediately, as it may have lost its ability to protect against impacts, penetration and/or electric shock.
- Transport the helmet in packaging robust enough to prevent accidental damage to the shell or harness.
- Store the helmet in a suitable storage bag and/or closed cabinet to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, cold, humidity and exhaust gases.
- Store at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C and humidity below 85%.
