How to Measure
Body height: Stand upright against a wall and measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and under your arms.
Waist (at belly-button height): Measure around your natural waist at navel level, where your body bends side to side.
Waistband: Measure where your trouser waistband normally sits.
Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inseam: Measure from the crotch straight down the inside of the leg to the floor (or to where you want the hem to end).
All size tables below are based on body measurements in centimeters (cm), not garment dimensions.
Tip: Measure over light clothing. If you are between two sizes, Helly Hansen recommends choosing the larger size for extra comfort and freedom of movement.
