MILWAUKEE BOLT 100 Unvented Safety Helmet
The MILWAUKEE BOLT 100 combines a lightweight ABS shell with an unvented design for head protection in demanding workplaces. Its BOLT™ attachment system makes it easy to fit a wide range of compatible accessories, while the dial adjustment and 6-point suspension help provide a comfortable fit. Certified for industrial head protection and electrical insulation, it is available in eight glossy colours.

EN 397:2012: Certified to the industrial safety helmet standard, with the following optional requirements:
- MM: Tested for protection against molten metal splash.
- LD: Tested for resistance to lateral deformation.
- −30°C: Tested for performance at a very low temperature of −30°C.
- 440 V a.c.: Tested for electrical insulation at 440 V a.c.; this EN 397 optional requirement applies to the unvented version.
- EN 50365:2002, electrical Class 0: Certified as an electrically insulating helmet for installations with voltages up to 1,000 V a.c. or 1,500 V d.c.

Instructions and Care
- Before and after each use, check the shell, suspension and headband for breaks, cracks, crazing, discolouration or any other unusual condition.
- If any of these conditions are present, replace the helmet immediately; they may indicate reduced protection against impact, penetration and/or electric shock.
- Transport the helmet in packaging sturdy enough to prevent accidental damage to the shell or harness.
- Store it in an appropriate storage bag and/or a closed cabinet to prevent prolonged exposure to sunlight, cold, humidity, exhaust gases and similar conditions.
- Storage temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
- Storage humidity: Below 85%.
